How to pack SUPJAK correctly
These instructions show how to pack the SUPJAK once all attachments have been removed. There are many individual techniques for packing the SUPJAK. Attachments such as the rudder bracket can also remain fitted. In this case, it is important to ensure that the attachments do not damage the SUPJAK when it is folded up. Foam protection or other materials can be used to help here.
Screw the pump hose onto the side (deflate). This allows the air to be pulled out of the SUPJAK.
Open all valves (3 pieces) and let the air out. Then close the valves again by pushing in the head. First pump the air out of the large middle section. Keep pumping the air out until the pump can no longer be pumped.
Pump the air out of the side walls. Make sure that the side panels are folded inwards onto the center section.
The side section is folded in the wrong way. If the air is pumped out of the side section in this way, the SUPJAK is too wide and cannot be packed into the bag.
The side section is folded in correctly. When the air is pumped out of the side section like this, the SUPJAK is nice and narrow and fits easily into the bag.
The air has been successfully pumped out of all the air chambers and the side sections are folded in. The SUPJAK can now be folded up.
The SUPJAK is folded from both sides to the middle. (not rolled!) Step 1

Now both folded sides can be placed on top of each other. You are welcome to use your body weight in this step so that the SUPJAK is pressed together completely flat. The SUPJAK is secured with the tensioning strap supplied.
Insert the folded SUPJAK into the bag up to the bottom. There are more straps in the bag that can be used to secure the whole thing.
The seat is now placed on the SUPJAK. This also works if the rails are still fitted to the seat. The drive bracket is placed crosswise in front of the SUPJAK.
There are 2 different variants for the drive. Variant 1: Unscrew the pedals and place them in the large bag on the seat. Place the pedals to the right and left of the SUPJAK in the bag. Option 2: Leave the pedals attached to the drive unit and pack them in the smaller bag supplied. This bag also has plenty of space for other accessories.
The pump, rails, paddles, folding rudder and other accessories can be placed in the bag to the left and right of the SUPJAK.
Close the bag with the zipper and secure it with the outer straps. The SUPJAK is now successfully packed and ready for transportation.
